The new HyFin® Chest Seal Twin Pack was developed to provide two individual chest seals for entry and exit wounds or to treat multiple penetrating injuries to the chest in one unique package. Using our enhanced adhesive gel formulation, the HyFin Chest Seal Twin Pack contains two completely occlusive dressings that each feature a large, 6 in. x 6 in. size dressing that creates a superior seal, even in the most adverse conditions. Each seal has a transparent backing to allow placement directly over the wound and easily conforms to the casualty’s chest.

Each seal also has a large, easily-visible red elliptical tab for single step peel-and-apply application that can also facilitate the burping of a wound if necessary. Featuring a unique perforated package that allows the provider to open only one chest seal if needed, the rugged, compact foil pouch uses NAR’s easy-to-open Red Tip Technology red tear notches. Each seal also comes with a gauze pad to wipe the wound surface prior to chest seal application as needed. The HyFin® Chest Seal Twin Pack is Made in America and is 100% latex free. The successful management of open chest wounds requires an effective, easy-to-use and reliable chest seal solution.
